Mateo & Me Photography Loyalty Giveaway Program

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Mateo & Me Photography (ABN: 95829518903 Sole Trader: Chloe Summersgill-Plant) By joining or participating in the rewards program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

  • The Program is open to individuals who are 18 years or older.

  • Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of may be excluded.

  • Participation is void where prohibited by law.

3. How the Program Works

  • Participants may earn entries, through qualifying actions such as purchases of loyalty member packages, or other promotional activities determined by Mateo & Me Photography.

  • To qualify for specified discounts on photography packages the participant must be an active member at time of booking a session and at time of session taking place. Discount will be applied to the final payment due on date of session. If participant is no longer an active loyalty member or has not made payment on their membership discount on the photography package will be void. 
  • To receive a free mini photography session per year you must be a loyalty member for a minimum of 3 months (applies to Platinum memberships only)

The methods for earning entries or rewards may change at any time.

4. Giveaways & Rewards

  • Giveaway prizes, odds of winning, and reward descriptions will be specified at the time of each promotion.

  • Rewards have no cash value and are non-transferable, unless stated otherwise.

  • Mateo & Me Photography reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if necessary.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

  • Winners will be selected fairly and at random, unless otherwise stated.

  • Winners will be notified via email, social media and/or phone

  • Winners will be drawn within the first week of each month

 

  • If a winner does not respond within 3 days, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to another participant.

6. Taxes & Responsibilities

  • Winners are solely responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or reporting requirements related to prizes.

  • Mateo & Me Photography is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged prizes.

7. Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

Participants may not:

  • Use bots, fake accounts, or automated systems

  • Engage in fraud, abuse, or manipulation of the Program

  • Attempt to exploit loopholes or technical errors

Violations may result in disqualification or account termination.

8. Modification or Termination

  • Mateo & Me Photography reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.

  • Changes will take effect immediately upon posting updated Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mateo & Me Photography is not liable for:

  • Technical failures or interruptions

  • Errors in prize fulfillment

  • Any indirect or consequential damages arising from participation

10. Privacy

Participation in the Program is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of QLD Australia without regard to conflict of law principles.
